A small gallery of early work I did shooting weddings in 2009.My growing gallery of wedding photography.Alyssa was my first model shoot way back in March of 2009.Annie and Henry were friends of a friend who were looking for engagement shots in an outdoor setting.Emery is a friend I’ve known since my college days back in UCLA. He asked me to shoot his wedding reception at a Hornblower cruise around Newport Beach and I was all but happy to.Natalie was my second experience on a model shoot. We went out to Newport Beach into the late afternoon sun and got some great shots of her.I love NYC. As the shirt goes, at least. But in reality, I really do “heart” New York.In November of 2009, I had the chance to visit China and realize one of my most longstanding dreams, to stand upon the rough-hewn bricks of the Great Wall of China.I recently acquired the Canon EF 300mm f/4L IS USM Lens from eBay and was looking for a way to fully test its usability and sharpness. As I had never been to the Wild Animal Park in San Diego and given the long telephoto range of this lens, it only made sense to take it for a field trip.It had been a while since I last attended this local IndyCar race. It was before I had gotten into photography and so at this year’s running, I thought it would be kinda cool to see how I would do at photographing this sporting event.

Well, not exactly, but it is summer time, and I'm back to my favorite past time, traveling! I've been looking forward to this trip since the beginning of the year and excited that it's finally here. A few people have asked me what I'm planning to bring photography-wise, and this is what I came up with: Canon 5D MarkII ... Continue Reading

Posted on June 14, 2010 at 3:40 pm

World Cup fever has officially arrived. I've started it off by watching the US-UK match on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the 1-1 draw. You gotta admit it, Robert Greene missed a gimme. Looking forward to watching the rest of the matches as my work productivity goes down for the next couple of weeks (j/k). Anyways, check out the video from Nike Soccer, er Football, as it's known by every other nation in the world except for the US. Continue Reading
